WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the order date. Products will be shipped the day after processing. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sale seasons. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipping times vary depending on location
USA: 4-25 days
Australia: 7-20 days
UK: 7- 17
Canada: 10-22 days

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER NOT SHOWING UPDATES?
We use multiple shipping partners (ACI, IB, UPS Mail innovations, ArcBest etc...) in order fulfillment, we do this to keep costs low and therefore able to offer free shipping to all of our customers. Because of this as your package moves between the smaller shipping partners you will not have tracking. Your tracking number is provided by USPS and will update once it reaches your local area. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and More. All payment information collected is safe and secure.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND RETURN POLICY?
We’ll happily refund your purchase if you’re not absolutely satisfied within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in original condition with original case and packaging in which they were sent. Anything received after 30 days or not in original condition will be shipped back and no refund will be issued. Return postage is to be paid by the customer unless it is deemed and error was made on our behalf i.e. wrong item shipped to / received by the customer.
